PERFORMANCE TRAINING

Performance training is focused on making people better athletes. We tailor to soccer players specifically but performance training exceeds the realm of just soccer. We focus on the aspects strength training, including: speed, power, agility, balance, and coordination.

7-10 year olds

Build a foundation of what it means to be an athlete and learn new skills and movement patterns while ultimately maintaining a fun environment. Building confidence and exploring new ideas are major focuses.

11-13 year olds

Players will learn an introduction to strength training while further developing their coordination and athleticism.

14+ year olds

Adolescent athletes will be pushed with a personalization to each athlete's goals.  These sessions will tailor to building up top speed, power output and building strength.

Nick Katzman

INFINITI Performance Training is led by longtime Fusion SC coach Nick Katzman. As a Gustavus Adolphus College alum, Nick earned his Exercise Physiology and coaching degrees.  Nick is a certified ACSM Exercise Physiologist as well as an NSCA strength and conditioning coach. Nick also works with a staff of other performance trainers including Latham Kleckner and Wesley Sanders, both Gustie graduates as well.
